Partnership Between Auxfin Uganda Limited and Agriterra
We are delighted to announce the signing of a Global Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Agriterra.
Agriterra is an international non-profit agro-agency corporation registered under the laws of the Netherlands. The organization works globally to strengthen agricultural cooperatives and farmer institutions through partnerships with governments, NGOs, agricultural suppliers, and international cooperative networks. As they continue to scale, Agriterra is focused on advancing digitalization, developing blended training modules for agricultural cooperatives, and promoting transparency and accountability across the agricultural sector.
Through this partnership, AUXFIN Uganda Limited will serve as the digital transformation partner, supporting Agriterra in digitalizing their VSLA groups, farmer groups, and cooperatives. We will organize and manage their data on a unified digital platform, empowering farmers to access collateral-free loans and enabling them to overcome barriers to financial inclusion.
We are truly excited about this collaboration, which reflects our shared commitment to driving innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability in agriculture. Together, we aim to extend digital and financial services to remote farming communities and strengthen cooperative structures for long-term rural development.
This partnership marks a significant step forward in empowering smallholder farmers, enhancing transparency, and driving sustainable agricultural transformation through digital innovation.
