• you are a good communicator and even better achiever

• you are passionate about qualitative and quantitative impact analysis in challenging contexts and you are familiar with requirements of major donors and with IATI.
• You have a relevant HBO/University degree and bring along abundant experience and contacts
• You can read, write, speak and think out of the box in English and French
  

This is how you'll contribute

• Create harmonized M&E practices to promote evidence-based learning and decision-making
• Support MEL officers in the country offices
• Report on and enforce the highest standards of performance in terms of delivery on the agreed tasks, in close collaboration with the entire organizations and external partners.
• Take the lead for having value-adding external evaluations performed
• Enable management to take well-informed, forward-looking decisions
